Terms for individuals

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The French version (conditions pour les particuliers) prevails.

Scope

These terms apply to services ordered from Software & Simplicity (SASU, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France, RCS Paris 108 676 974) by a consumer, meaning an individual acting for purposes outside any trade or profession. They supplement the accepted quote.

Prices and orders

For individuals, prices shown on the site include VAT and are starting prices. The final price is set in the quote. The contract is concluded on the date the quote is accepted.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving any reason and without penalty.

To exercise this right, tell us of your decision before the period ends with a clear statement sent to support@softwaresimplicity.online. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory.

Work started during the withdrawal period

If you expressly ask for the work to start before the withdrawal period ends, you can still withdraw, but you will pay an amount proportionate to the work done up to the time you tell us of your decision.

If the service is fully performed before the period ends, with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal, you can no longer withdraw.

Refunds

If you withdraw, we refund the amounts paid no later than 14 days after receiving your decision, minus any amount for work already done. The refund uses the same payment method you used, unless agreed otherwise.
