Data we collect

Through the contact form we collect your name and email address and, if you provide them, your company, phone number, project type, estimated budget and message.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. Processing is based on your consent and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Retention

Data is kept for no more than three years after our last exchange and is then deleted. If a contract is signed, the necessary data is kept for the applicable legal period.

Recipients

Your data is intended for Software & Simplicity only. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties. It may be processed by our technical providers (hosting, email) strictly as needed to provide the service.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email support@softwaresimplicity.online.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
